How we respond
- Every complaint is acknowledged immediately with a ticket number.
- Intimate images shared without consent (including morphed images), nudity, sexual content or impersonation of you: we act within 2 hours.
- Other unlawful content: within 36 hours. Other complaints: within 7 days.
- If you disagree with our decision you can appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee (gac.gov.in) within 30 days.
